Price

Our price is $895 per month for a two bedroom apartment. The first month's rent is prorated so tenants only pay for the number of days in that month.

Duration

The minimum lease is three months.  After that, the lease continues on a month to month basis. Compare this to other apartments, which require yearly leases.

Utilities

Our utility bills are very low. Each apartment has its own thermostat, so the tenants in each unit may set their temperature to whatever level they like. The central hallway of each building is glass enclosed, so that only two of the six sides of the apartment are exposed to the weather, while the other four are connected to heated spaces. Please compare this to other apartment buildings, which have open central hallways. We pay for trash removal, and residents pay for their own electricity and water.

We supply fifty free channels of cable television, including ESPN and four free channels of HBO.

Old Centreville Garden Apartments offers free internet service to our tenants. Our wireless connections allow for file-downloading, gaming, and streaming video, as well as browsing, and email. Our internet is up and running twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
