Pet Policy

We encourage a warm and safe relationship with pets. Tenants are encouraged to bring cats and birds of every kind, as well as fish and lizards and turtles. Tenants are also permited to keep every kind of dogs except for pit bulls and rotweilers. Because we put safety first, pit bulls and rotweilers are forbidden.

Old Centreville Gardens is a great environment for dogs. We offer eight dog runs, and most of these have lighting so they can be used day or night. Tenants do not have to clean the dog runs after their dogs have used them.
